Preventative Maintenance
Voice alarm, disabled refuge and fire telephone systems are ‘life safety’ systems and it is therefore imperative that they work when needed – during a fire or other threatening emergency.
Systems that are neglected are not likely to comply with relevant standards. Regular maintenance of Voice Alarm & EVC systems is a requirement of BS5839 and helps to ensure that these systems are kept in a fully functioning condition.

Repairs and Service
After sales care is important to us. We offer component level repairs of all types of audio equipment at our in-house repair centre, along with on-site service of all commercial, industrial and pro- audio sound systems. System Design
A brief telephone call to one of our technical or sales staff will help you establish which products you might need to fulfill a specification for any of the following systems that we specialize in. This can be followed by a full system design and quotation. You may prefer to design your own system, using our literature and assistance from one of our engineers.
Project management is provided for each system designed by our engineers with telephone and on-site support given whenever needed – this is especially important during the early stages of a project and installation.
